Your coach comes to you

Sessions can take place at your home, a local park, your gym or any suitable space. Your coach brings everything needed.

All levels welcome

Never hit a pad before? No problem. Your coach adapts every session to your level, your pace and your goals.

What to bring

Comfortable training clothes, a water bottle and a towel. Your coach provides the pads and any other equipment.

How long is a session?+
Sessions are available in 30 and 60 minute formats. Choose whichever suits your schedule and fitness level.
Do I need boxing experience?+
Not at all. Most of our clients start as complete beginners. Your coach will teach you proper technique from the very first session and progress at your pace.
Can I cancel or reschedule?+
Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Where do sessions take place?+
Wherever works for you. Parks, gardens, home gyms, commercial gyms, hotel fitness rooms or your coach’s own studio. You agree the location when you book.
What if I have injuries or health conditions?+
Let your coach know before the session. All our coaches are experienced in adapting sessions to work around injuries and conditions. Your safety always comes first.
