What is mat Pilates?+

Do I need to be flexible?+
Not at all. Flexibility is something you build through Pilates, not a requirement to start. Your instructor will adapt every exercise to your current ability.
What do I need to bring?+
Comfortable clothing you can stretch in and a water bottle. Your instructor provides the mat and any additional equipment like resistance bands or blocks.
Is Pilates suitable during pregnancy?+
Yes, with a qualified instructor. Pre and postnatal Pilates is one of the safest and most effective ways to maintain strength and comfort during pregnancy and support recovery afterwards.
Can I combine Pilates with boxing or PT?+
