What qualifications do your PTs have?+
All our personal trainers hold a minimum Level 3 PT qualification and carry valid insurance. Many have additional specialisations in areas like sports conditioning, nutrition and rehabilitation.
Where do sessions take place?+
Wherever suits you. Parks, your home or garden, commercial gyms, hotel fitness rooms or your coach’s own studio. You agree the location when you book.
How long is a PT session?+
Sessions are available in 30 and 60 minute formats. Your PT will recommend the best option based on your goals.
I am a complete beginner. Is that okay?+
Absolutely. Most clients start with no training experience at all. Your PT will meet you exactly where you are and build from there.
Can I combine PT with pad sessions?+
Yes. Many clients mix PT and boxing pad work throughout the week. It is a great combination for all-round fitness, strength and stress relief.
